By accessing and/or using our website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions explain the right to use this web site and services which are provided to the customers. Our Terms and Conditions may change with time and it is users’ responsibility to check changes updated on our web site. We reserve the right to add, modify, change or delete parts of our web site without any further notice. If you use our web site after changes were made you bound to our new terms and conditions from the date of change and accept new web site terms. If changes are made to the terms and conditions or any other part of the web site they will be posted on this page and appropriately updated with the last revised date.
Sales / Purchases and Prices
London Furniture Avenue Ltd provides excellent prices and tries to satisfy the needs of the customers and constantly promoting products and offering customers to buy items with discounts. The products displayed on sale on our web site have specific sales period and sales period may end at arranged date – usually notified on our web site or product page. We may have extended promotions and extended sales dates for you to enjoy our products at cheaper price for longer. We are working directly with manufacturers and quality furniture suppliers to provide you with the best quality for the affordable price. All new goods purchased conform to all required regulations regarding the sale of furniture. Terms and Conditions of the web site is applied to all goods / services and accepted by all customers who purchase items from us.
All prices are stated on the web site and are correct at the date / time advertised. If in unlikely event there is a mistake / error / technical issue on the web site and prices occur with errors we reserve the right to correct the error and do not release the goods for incorrect price stated. We will notify you as soon as possible if an error occurred and you will have right to cancel your order and receive a full refund or accept this order with amended price. All our prices stated on this web site are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£), plus any taxes (if applicable). The prices for the goods do not include any delivery costs or any extra charges. If your order will have any extra charges to be added – they will be applied at the time when order is placed before check out / payment takes place. You will also receive the confirmation from London Furniture Avenue of your order and you will be able to see all charges and items ordered in this confirmation.
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product. This order will be accepted by us once we have sent you an email order confirmation. Any products on the same order which are not confirmed by London Furniture Avenue by confirmation email do not form part of that contract. Orders are subject to acceptance as well as availability. If any Products ordered are no longer being made or not available to fulfil, you will be notified by e-mail and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order. It is customers’ responsibility to provide us with a valid e-mail address so that we can contact you. You will also be required to provide us with correct details on order form. All details must be filled in for your order to be processed efficiently. The conclusion of contract between you and us is only made after payment is received. We will treat your personal information and your order information as safe as possible, but our Company shall under no circumstances be held liable for any special losses to specific circumstances of the customer, direct / indirect or consequential losses and / or for loss of profits, time, damage of property, or wasted expenditure and any other losses. We reserve the right to reject / refuse any order placed by you and we will not be required to provide explanations, however we will try to explain where possible.
Before making an order with us please make sure that you are capable to receive your order / products. This includes entering all packages, goods / products into your house / door / room etc; products can pass freely into your premises –this is customers’ responsibility to make sure order comes to the premises safely and freely. Customer must provide us with correct telephone number, address, full contact name of the person responsible for collection of delivery. All details are required for the customer to receive delivery successfully. Our company is not responsible for the missed delivery because of wrong address or contact numbers. If delivery is missed extra charge will apply for redelivery service and needs to be paid by the customer prior to new delivery arrival. Our aim is to satisfy customers, so we will try to contact you if any information is missing prior to delivery arrival, but if information is supplied not correctly we will not be responsible for loss.
All prices for the products or services and delivery charges advertised on our web site are inclusive of Vat (if applicable) at current rate. When the order is ready to proceed to the check out page you will be required to enter card information and personal details for successful order process and payment acceptance. We accept most of the major debit and credit cards (as stated on the web site) for the payment and use third party to process all card payments securely. Your payment card (debit or credit card) will be charged for the full amount of the order when order is created and check out is made. Please provide all necessary information for the successful payment process. Payment will be debited from your account as soon as successful transaction takes place and your order is accepted. By placing an order buyer agrees to pay the full charge of the order which will be debited from the account provided. We will issue a receipt to your e-mail address as soon as your order is processed and card debited for the certain amount and confirm availability of the item.
London Furniture Avenue Ltd is working with most powerful and secure systems / third parties to provide the best security and protect your data. When you pay for the order our third party payment gateway provider may carry our checks with card issuer for security reasons. If any issues / problems occur with your card – we will contact you for further details.
For the convenience of your purchase we have designed special order system where our customers will have the right to choose delivery dates. Delivery dates can be chosen from our delivery calendar.
The calendar will be available to the buyer to choose the date – you will be required to click on delivery calendar column and it will automatically show the calendar with all available dates. All dates which are currently available will be bright colour where you may click and choose the date. The dates which are already reserved or not available are displayed in light grey / shaded colour and customer will not be able to click on those dates as they are reserved already.
We currently offer £9.99 delivery to UK "Zone A " on all orders.
Above delivery charges apply to each customer according to the order unless otherwise stated.

Products will be delivered to you, the Buyer, at the address provided on the order form. Please make sure all details are correct as we do not take any responsibility for faulty information / not correct details.
If “You” customer /buyer does not accept the product at arranged date – delivery charge paid previously for the order will be lost and redelivery charge will apply if customer decides to have order redelivered. Redelivery charge payment needs to be made prior to new delivery arrangements.
Please wait for delivery to arrive at arranged date. Driver is not responsible to wait for Buyer to return home for order collections. Buyer must be in the premises and ready to accept delivery.
If you wish to change the date for delivery – please contact us in writing to our e-mail address at least 48 hours before delivery is arranged to arrive. If you change / cancel your order within 48 hours before delivery you agree to pay the fee of £25.00. This amount needs to be paid before delivery arrives.
Driver delivers goods to the address only. It does NOT include in his responsibilities to bring any items inside the premises. Standard Delivery is made to the 'kerb side, so please arrange for adequate help (if needed) to carry goods into your property. The Driver will deliver all items to the closest safe parking space of your home. If the parking is not safe, restricted, obstructed the driver will look for another parking / loading possibility and it is buyers’ responsibility to collect all goods from the driver on delivery. Driver will be very keen to park in front of your home / entrance if conditions allow.
The Buyer is responsible to check conditions of all items before signing delivery paperwork. Please mention any issues with packaging or goods when signing delivery note on the same paperwork. You must highlight any issues concerning delivery and conditions of the items otherwise it is treated as fully acceptable and in perfect condition. The signature will also confirm that delivery is accepted and full responsibility of products are collected by buyer.
It is Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the items fit through doors / stairs / entrances and can be placed inside the home. Buyer will be liable for all carriage costs and delivery charges if Products / Goods ordered cannot be delivered inside the home.
Delivery can be made to address other than the billing address, but please contact us straight away after order is placed to confirm delivery address and further contact details of the person responsible for accepting delivery.
All Products must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.
Ownership of the Products you have ordered, and the risk of accidental damage or destruction, will pass to you “Buyer” when delivery arrives.
We will try to deliver at the date when delivery is arranged, but in very rare circumstances if delivery date is delayed or cancelled or changed – we will contact you via e-mail or telephone call to agree on another date. We shall not be liable for any delay in deliveries of products.
Products / goods are designed to the best standard and provide a good use for the customers. Buyer must read and adhere to care instructions / labels on the products before using items. All Products are made according to all regulations.
Buyer / Customer will see delivery charge at the check out page when purchasing the products. Delivery charge will be clearly shown before the check out together with all options for delivery to choose from.
The “Buyer” has full right to cancel the order by giving 48 hour notice (applies to all goods except specifically ordered goods). The cancellation must be made before the goods leave the warehouse and before our company is liable for any delivery charges to the couriers. If cancellation is made by all rules full payment including any extra delivery charges will be refunded to the buyer. If cancellation is made with period less than 48 hour notice you will be liable for extra charges for re - stocking / delivery / logistics / handling charges (which ever applies to your order). The standard cancellation charge which is made less than 48 hours before delivery date is 15%. This percentage will be deducted from the amount of your order and the rest refunded. If any delivery arrangements are made and settled buyer is responsible for delivery charges even if order is cancelled. If you would like to ask for a change in the delivery address, notify any other change regarding your order, contact number or any information important to your order please notify us immediately by calling our office and speaking to member of staff. Any change to the order contract will have to be approved by London Furniture Avenue Ltd before any confirmation if made. We would then advise you if this can be done and what would be the changes and possible additional costs (if applies). If you wish to cancel your order please do this in writing to our e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue a refund. Pleases allow up to 21 days for the refund to be completed. We will normally refund you by using the same payment method that you used to purchase the Product (if not otherwise stated). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Protection - Distance Selling Regulations 2000 which apply to Internet orders you have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund up to 7 working days after receipt of the goods ordered. If you are not happy with your standard purchase after receiving it into your home for any reason, you can return the Product to us and we will refund the payment for your order within 21 days after receiving the goods and accepted them in our warehouse. Special Orders or orders made to measure / specifically made to your requirements eg. Items with different fabric finishes, different fixtures, or other features specifically requested by Buyer and not visible on Website are excluded from the free returns offer. Your normal statutory rights are in no way affected by this.It is buyers responsibility that all goods / items fit through doors and rooms as per above explanations in Delivery section. Buyer will be responsible for delivery charges if items are returned on delivery due to customers’ error. To arrange a return customer / buyer must report in writing to our returns team at email@example.com. We are not able to book any returns without confirmation in writing. Please make sure that your full name, address, order number and explanation of return are given when writing a letter. We will be happy to arrange a return for you after receiving written confirmation. You have 7 days right of return and within this period of time confirmation needs to be received by us.
The Product / Order must be returned in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging for a full refund . For all mattresses – they need to be returned in UNOPENED sealed condition and in the SAME packaging as was delivered without any holes, marks, damage to the mattress or packaging. If mattress has been opened and used due to hygienic reasons we are not able to refund / return the item . All Products will be inspected upon receipt, any repairs or damages, stains or other signs of use will be deducted from the refund price. All returned products must arrive from SMOKE Free home. You have a duty of care for the product during the cancellation period, which includes it being sent back in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging in order to avoid any damage during the transport back to our warehouse. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. We check personally that all screws and parts are present at the boxes and make sure all boxes include full contents of the goods / products. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition and we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be re saleable. Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun.
1). We can arrange collection by our courier which will cost £80.00 within London area and another charge outside of London (please e-mail to enquire about charges to certain areas outside of London). We also charge pallet charge of £140.00 if total products / order weight exceeds 150kg. Courier collections are made Mon – Fri 8am – 6pm.
By receiving your written confirmation and instruction to return the goods / products we will be able to arrange courier services to collect the goods from your address and deliver them back to us. You are liable to pay collection charge in amount of £80.00 prior to collection of unwanted items. The £80.00 charge is payable for collection of items where weight does not exceed 150kg for the lot. If your goods exceed this amount – you will be charged for pallet collection service. The amount for pallet collection is £140.00. If you are located in another area except of London please include in your e-mail confirming your location area and we will provide a collection charge quote. If the return collection charge is not paid – no collection can be arranged with the courier. We will contact you via e-mail or telephone call to arrange suitable date for collection of your unwanted items. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
We try to provide you the best products for competitive prices and take care of our products professionally and employ professional carriers to handle the goods and all products. It is very unlikely that the products will arrive damaged, but if this occurs please telephone our customer service department as soon as possible to notify this. You must ring us not later than 12 hours after delivery is accepted. You must examine the Products on arrival before signing for them. Please ring us immediately if you find your product or package damaged on delivery. Please open and check your order on the day of receiving it and inform us of any problems immediately. All items and parts of items must be checked for any damage prior to assembly. It is your right and responsibility to check that products delivered arrived in perfect condition, before signing the delivery form. If you did accept the delivery and noticed fault in any goods please call us before any further proceedings. Please check that all parts are present as per product description / instructions. We check every package and item in our stock, so missing parts or screws is almost impossible. If this is still the case please ring not later than 12 hours after receiving delivery. In case of damage, we will ask you to send us a photo of the damage for our records and to assist us in taking appropriate action. We will require you to return the item with care, as it might be necessary to return it to the manufacturer. Please include your customer order details with the package, as these are necessary for processing a return. Once received, the items will be checked and our customer service will contact you to advise you of the possible replacement or refund either by e-mail or telephone call. Please note our refund time is 21 days after accepting the items in our warehouse and confirming the refund process.

This may be incurred by user in connection with our website / been not able to use our website, including, without limitation any liability for: loss of profits or contracts, loss of business, income /revenue; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of goodwill; wasted management or office time; and for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
All contracts are concluded in English. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
